People won't remember your product, they'll remember you

People won't remember the product, they'll remember the relationship.
In my world, the strongest relationships are not built in a single meeting or through one transaction. They are built over time - through consistency, honesty, and by doing what you say you will do, even when things become difficult.
For me, it has always been about making an effort, taking responsibility, and creating relationships where trust can grow. Because trust is not something you can simply talk about. It is something you build through your actions.
Today, products and solutions are easier to compare than ever before. Technology and AI are making it possible to create, improve, and replicate more than we have ever seen before. But the one thing that remains unique is the relationship between people.
Your reputation is what people say about you when you are not in the room. It is built through every experience, every interaction, and every promise you keep over time. The more we automate, the more important the human connection becomes. Technology can make us faster and more efficient, but it cannot replace trust. Because people still choose people.
When people trust you, they come back. They recommend you to others. And they see you as a partner - not just a supplier.
For me, great business is about more than delivering a product. It is about creating relationships you can look back on many years later and be proud of. Because in the end, the strongest brand you will ever build is your reputation.
